Swap and Return Policy

If you want to swap or return any product purchased from our website, please check the instructions below and contact us by calling +55. 11. 3837.9288 or sending an e-mail to contato@alvarowolmer.com.br, so that our team can provide you further guidance. 

Delivery of a product other than that you have ordered 
If the product you have received is different from what you have actually purchased, contact us no longer than 7 (seven) days from the date when you receive the product. The product should be returned in its original packages, with no signs of use and violation, along with the purchase invoice. Upon receiving the product, we will appraise its conditions. If it is determined that it was used or damaged, return will not be possible. If it is in perfect conditions, we will send you the product you have actually ordered. 

Swap or desistance 
If you desist from the purchase done in our website, contact us no longer than 7 (seven) calendar days from the date you receive the product.  
The product should be returned in its original package, with no signs of use and violation, along with the purchase invoice. Upon receiving the product, we will appraise its conditions. If it is determined that it was used or damaged, return will not be possible.

Refund 
The refund of the amount you have paid will only be done after we receive and appraise the returned product. If it is in perfect conditions, the client can choose between:
A) choosing another product of the same amount,
B) getting the refund of the amount paid.

In case of refund of the amount paid, this will be refunded to the client through the same payment method used to purchase it: we will contact the credit card administrator within 02 (two) working days to request the reversal. In turn, the administrator will communicate the financial institution and the reversal can occur in up to two subsequent invoices. 

The times will only be counted from the date when the product is received. 

Responsibility for the freigh
In case of purchase desistance, the freight shall be paid by the client. To that end, the client should contact us by phone or e-mail. 
The respective product shall be returned in its original package, with no signs of use or damages. Remove the addressee and sender labels and write down on the package the address of Álvaro Wolmer Movelaria (as shown below):

Important
The swap or cancellation of the purchase will only be accepted if the purchased product is perfectly wrapped in the original packages, with no signs of use or damages, and along with the 1st copy of the sale invoice, as applicable.

To shop in our website you have to register your personal data, such as name, address, e-mail address and contact phones.

Alvaro Wolmer Movelaria never sends e-mails requesting the data confirmation /registration or with executable attachments (.exe, .com, .src, .bat extensions) and download links.
